Natural Surf Lodge

Overview

Nestled in a protected natural reserve near Hossegor, Natural Surf Lodge offers an authentic surf experience surrounded by hundred-year-old oak trees. Founded in 2003 by passionate surfers Claire and Stéphane Becret, this eco-friendly retreat combines quality surf coaching with a relaxed, nature-immersed atmosphere. Located just minutes from France's most legendary beach breaks, the lodge welcomes surfers of all levels seeking to progress while enjoying the unique Landes lifestyle.

Accommodation

The lodge features a variety of accommodations to suit every traveler. Choose from shared rooms with comfortable single beds, private Bungaloves and Fermettes with terraces, or spacious family rooms for groups. All rooms include air conditioning, quality linens, and natural handmade soap. Guests enjoy access to exceptional facilities including a jacuzzi, steam room, equipped kitchen, games room with pool table and foosball, plus a skate bowl and electric bikes. The peaceful Airial setting provides the perfect environment to recharge between sessions.

Surf

With 5 surf lessons per week included in every package, guests benefit from professional instruction at Seignosse's renowned beach breaks. The nearby spots of Les Casernes, Les Estagnots, and the famous Hossegor breaks offer waves for all skill levels, from gentle rollers for beginners to the powerful barrels of La Gravière for experts. The camp operates from April to November, capturing the best of France's Atlantic swells. Surfboards and wetsuits are provided, and optional yoga sessions and coaching upgrades allow guests to customize their stay.
