Each surf camp sets its own cancellation policy. Here are the three options available

Flexible

Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in. Best for travelers who need flexibility.

Full refund if cancelled 24h+ before check-in, no refund within 24h

Moderate

Full refund up to 5 days before check-in. Recommended for most surf camps.

Full refund 5+ days before, 50% refund 24h-5 days, no refund within 24h

Strict

Full refund up to 14 days before check-in. Best for high-demand camps.

Full refund 14+ days before, 50% refund 7-14 days, no refund within 7 days

How to Cancel

Go to your bookings page, select the booking you want to cancel, and click 'Cancel Booking'. The refund will be processed according to the camp's policy.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Host Cancellations

If a host cancels your booking, you'll receive a full refund automatically. We'll also help you find alternative accommodation.

Protect Your Booking

We strongly recommend getting travel insurance that covers cancellations. In case of unforeseen circumstances, this will allow you to be reimbursed according to your policy terms.

Need to change your dates or number of guests?

How to Modify

Contact the host through our messaging system to request changes. Modifications require host approval and may affect pricing.

Changing Dates

Date changes depend on availability. If the new dates have different pricing, you may need to pay the difference or receive a refund.

Changing Guest Count

You can request to add or remove guests. This may affect your total price based on the camp's pricing structure.
